Item(s) are sold “As Is, Where Is” unless other arrangements have been made and conveyed in writing. Payment shall be by bank wire transfer, certified or cashier’s check, or Cash. Unless otherwise noted on the front page hereof, payment shall be 10% as a down payment with order, balance 90% shall be made by the Purchaser to CALTEC no later than 48 hours prior to the machine removal.
